Get nol Card Refund Online through the RTA Website

One of the easiest ways to refund your balance is via the RTA website. You can follow the below steps:

1. Visit RTA official website
2. Click on the

4. Click on the Refund nol Card Balance
5. Provide your card details such as your nol tag ID and mobile number and click NEXT
6. Select refund type either you want cash or nol balance in the refund
7. Review the details and submit
8. You’ll receive a confirmation SMS in your registered mobile number and email id
9. It can take up to 4 days to process your application and approve your refund
10. You can receive cash from any metro station or smart teller machines located at customer happiness centers
11. If you want nol balance in a refund then you’ll have to provide alternative card details
